Terms of business
Our unattended funeral requires all third party costs to be paid in advance of the funeral date.
- Invoices will be sent within 14 days after the funeral and payment is required within 30 days of the invoice date.
- A £100 finance charge will be added for all funeral invoices not settled within 30 days.
Disclosure of Interests
- The ownership of Peter Forshaw Funeral Services Limited is John A Hulme, John W Hulme & Nick F Hulme
- There is no business or material financial interest in a price comparison website
- There has been no material charitable donation to a third party
- There has been no charitable contribution or payment of gratuity to a third party
- There has been no material form of payment to a third party that does not relate to a cost incurred or a service provided by the third party on behalf of the company.
